I ordered my 3.5mm awning on the 26th May 2009 and
it arrived two days later in West Yorkshire. My husband and son installed
it
in 2-3 hours and were amazed at how easy it was.
My husband is an electrician and wired the awning and remote control box in

little effort. It looks splendid and we are
absolutely delighted with it. I contacted customer service because 3 little
plastic caps were
missing for some nuts and you were extremely
helpful and send replacements out immediately.

But IT WORKS from the moment i plugged it in there has been no sign and no scratching
my partner can now watch TV at night without the worry that she will be joined by a four legged pest.

However, I found the original part in the broken pot and hose and used this.
