To ensure that you are delighted with your purchase, you may cancel your order within 7 working days following the day of delivery. See Delivery and Returns

All sizes are overall and measurements are approximate although we do try to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

Some of the products we sell such as fencing and screening are natural products made using traditional techniques. Please do not assume that they will have the precision or consistency of machine-made products.

Price Match Guarantee
We agree to match any legitimate price for the same product.
The product must be in stock and the price must include delivery cost to your location.
The guarantee does not include products shipped to the UK from abroad.
We may limit the quantities of price–matched items sold to one customer.

Risk of loss and damage to products passes to the purchaser on the date when the products are delivered. Title passes to the purchaser at the point of delivery provided that we have processed and received payment in full. Cards will be charged at the point of ordering. Refunds will normally be processed immediately, although it may take a few days for the banks to refund your card. Items made to order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
