Quick and easy to install
- The mains adapter (10meters) simply plugs straight into the socket, just like a mobile phone charger. This immediately steps down the voltage to a very safe low-voltage, thin cable. This makes it easy to run the cable under a door or through a window and out into the garden. Even easier if you can plug it into a shed.
- Use the single, small self-tapping screw (supplied) to attach the discrete device to a fence, wall or post and you've got the whole garden covered. Of course, as with all methods involving animal behaviour, we can’t guarantee effectiveness in every situation, however, our own experience and the feedback we get from customers suggests that this device is effective in almost all situations. If the cats have a habit of feeding and fouling in your garden, it can take 14-28 days to deliver the full deterrent effect. 'Occasional' visitors will usually be stopped within 7 days. The variable frequency allows you more control over which animals to scare: to scare cats, then use the high frequency, to scare dogs and cats, use the medium setting. For rats, foxes, rabbits and mice, use the lowest frequency. (Note that the lower frequencies are sometime audible to humans).
